A story that begins with hunger...
Emilie Zmaher developed most of the recipes for the Emilie and the Cool Kids concept: a brand whose name and most gourmet secrets she shares.
For as long as she can remember, she has been making superb cakes and pastries for her friends and relatives, so good that they are willing to pay for them.
In 2005, Emilie went to work for her parents-in-law?s cookie factory, where she was in charge of production and sales on Nice?s Cours Saleya. This experience confirmed her belief that pastry-making is more than just a pleasure, it's a true vocation.
A year later, in 2006, Céline Molière became her next-door neighbor.
Céline Molière has entrepreneurship in her blood: even as a child, she used to charge her grandparents a lot of money for approximate dance shows organized in their living room. After completing a DUT in marketing techniques, she flew to California, where she discovered Coffee shops, living spaces and concept stores where delicious pastries become a pretext for creating a community.

While waiting for the world, Emilie and the Cool Kids made a name for itself in Nice with the opening of 3 establishments. With continuous growth and a strong team spirit, Emilie and the Cool Kids now has 16 cafés across France and Europe!
