AFYTRUCK
As a young self-employed entrepreneur, I was made aware of the importance of organic farming, home cooking and short supply chains through my school and professional career, so I decided to set up my own project based on these three pillars. My aim is to offer healthy, local and 100% homemade products on board my kitchen trailer for all your events!
CARTE & MENU
Gratins, grandma's stews and world dishes will be on the menu, along with a hot or cold soup depending on the season. Depending on the producers, I'll also be offering starters and tapas for all diets (vegan/vg).
I'd also like to sell local drinks: beers, kombucha and make my own iced tea and juices based on seasonal fruits. To do this, I have an extractor and a blender (depending on customer preference).
My mobile kitchen will mainly travel to festivals in spring, summer and autumn, but I'm open to partnerships in winter.
Example of a star dish: mafé-style turkey with local potatoes and carrots, served with rice.
As for the technical resources required on site, I ask first and foremost for access to water for events lasting more than two days.
A chill-out area can be set up so that people can eat in peace and quiet at my stand.
