LA CANTINE SOLIDAIRE
June: Ephemeral restaurant with chef Marie Guillet from June 5 to 21, Friday evenings, Saturday evenings and Sunday lunchtimes. September: Opening of La Cantine du midi, Monday to Thursday.
Marie Guillet's ephemeral restaurant:
Marie Guillet grew up between fishing and family cooking, between the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel and her grandmother?s table. After an apprenticeship in Bordeaux with Léo Forget, she moved to Marseille, attracted by the energy of the city. Having worked in the kitchens of L?Idéal and Ippon, she developed a sincere French cuisine, nourished by multicultural influences and childhood memories. Now on the move, she offers a sensitive, lively cuisine that reflects her image.
La Cantine from September :
The canteen is a melting pot! You'll find residents of Aurignac and the surrounding area, third-party workers and artists in residence, local workers, craftsmen and craftswomen, groups on training courses or seminars, tourists and visitors, people from all walks of life (solidarity pricing and inclusive activities), schoolchildren discovering the activities on offer, people in wheelchairs (PRM access), flip-flops or polished shoes!
The concept of La Cantine at lunchtime is a unique vegetarian menu, prepared with local, organic and seasonal produce. It's a place that's open to a social mix, with solidarity-based pricing to ensure access to healthy, high-quality food for everyone.
La Cantine is also open to cooking workshops and training courses, a place of residence for chefs, and a processing facility for local producers.
