In conjunction with the weekly farmers’ market, the Au Four et Au Moulin association offers guided tours of the village’s windmill every Thursday during the summer. During these tours, passionate guides will show you how this working 17th-century mill operates, tell you its history, and give you insight into the lives of millers. The tour concludes with a demonstration of the mill in operation and a demonstration of how flour is made from locally grown wheat.
