"Lisetta is above all my grandmother, whom we've always called Mamie Lisette.
Today, this restaurant is named after a great lady because it was her dream, which became ours.
Our restaurant is located in the heart of the Bastide de Grenade, opposite our beautiful covered market.
Lisetta is Italian grandma's cooking, good food, simple, authentic and unpretentious. We work with the village baker, who makes our bread ORGANIC, we import all our cheeses and charcuterie directly from Italy, our pasta is freshly prepared by our Italian friends in Toulouse, and our vegetables come from local producers in the region. That's why at Grandma's, the menu changes all the time, we just adapt to the seasons!
To finish on something very important, at Lisetta's, absolutely everything is homemade, from starters to dessert (and even some drinks)."
