VILLA CARRELOUS
Recent villa on two levels ideal for 3 persons. The house is fenced, a hedge surrounds the house and is not overlooked. Large swimming pool (for your exclusive use) of 10X5m with sliding cover, available from the beginning of May to the end of October.
Located halfway between the Mediterranean Sea and the ocean, one hour from Toulouse, Lourdes and 40' from Spain and the first ski resort. At the foot of the mythical passes of the Tour de France. Ideal for cyclists. It is away from the city, quiet and less than 3 minutes drive from two supermarkets.
The minimum stay is 4 nights (7 nights minimum from mid June to mid September). No weekend rentals. A rental contract will be drawn up at the time of reservation with a 30% deposit (this will not be cashed before the rental is taken).
