Close to Purpan hospital, Blagnac and the ring road network, everything can be done by bike along the Garonne (v'lib available nearby), by bus direct to the city center or by streetcar. The airport is 10 minutes away, as is the city center by streetcar and metro. Enclosed garden and private parking in front of the house (2 spaces).
- First floor: entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto living room and lounge opening onto large covered terrace, laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Studio bedroom: 140*190cm double bed, reversible air-conditioning, desk, computer, fridge, microwave, kettle, shower, washbasin and WC. This room also has a terrace with direct access to the garden.
- Upstairs, air-conditioned corridor: 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140*190cm) and a desk, one of which has a sofa bed (140*190cm) and a computer, shower room, separate WC.
Access to infrared sauna with backlit Himalayan salt brick wall. Private 2.8 x 5m swimming pool, open from May to September, with alarm.
An app is available to set the outdoor lights and TV (access to Netflix, Canal+, Bein...).
The TV is equipped with a speaker and 2 radios are available.
First-floor rooms are kept cool by ceiling fans.
WITHOUT A CAR: from Toulouse train station: metro line A ("Marengo" stop) - get off at "Patte d'Oie" - take bus n°66 towards Pelletier/Purpan - get off at Charolais - you're at the gîte (total travel time: 32mn).
