On a farm (wheat, corn, broad beans, sunflowers... still cultivated by the owner's husband) in the Lauragais countryside, in the middle of fields, this old renovated farmhouse (dating from the 19th century and in Josiane's family for 4 generations) awaits you to discover the riches of the Pays de Cocagne. Between Toulouse (50km) and Carcassonne (53km), near the Canal du Midi, the bastide town of Revel (8km) and the Lac de Saint-Ferréol (nautical base 11km away), it's also a starting point for exploring the Tarn (Sorèze Abbey 13km away, Albi 65km away...). Lac de Lenclas 15min away (fishing).
First floor: living room (sofa bed for 2) with kitchenette opening onto rear terrace, WC with washbasin. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) (1 double bed 140cm) (2 single beds 120cm), shower room/WC (washer/dryer). Electric heating. Green space, courtyard and terrace.
