Family house located in Arbas, in the center of the village, at the foot of the mountains, fully renovated and equipped to comfortably accommodate 12 people. An ideal place to stay for nature and outdoor sports lovers.
Covering an area of approximately 150m2, the Maison Marinette is fully equipped to accommodate a group of 10 to 12 people. On the ground floor: the living room opening onto a small garden, the large kitchen opening onto the courtyard and the covered terrace (equipped with a plancha, 2 outdoor tables and 12 chairs), a large dining room, a shower room with shower and separate toilets. First floor: bedrooms (1 double bedroom with a 160cm bed, 2 double bedrooms with 140cm beds, 1 children's bedroom with 3 bunk beds), 1 other shower room with shower and WC
Opposite the house, there is a non-attached garden, and an annex building fitted out as a leisure room (the street between the house and the garden is non-passing)
The equipment includes: a gas cooking piano, a gas plancha, a 12 place dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a microwave, an espresso machine, a washing machine, a TV, a DVD player, a bluetooth speaker...
Possibility of lending adult bikes (1 new mountain bike and 1 old road bike).
Household linen provided but possibility to rent sheets (reservation to be made in advance).
