Quiet house in a small hamlet very close to Luchon. Ideal for family vacations in winter and summer. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Located 10 minutes by car from Luchon and the cable car to Superbagnères, 25 minutes from Les Agudes (Peyragudes resort) and 30 minutes from Le Mourtis.
The house features a separate toilet on the ground floor, a living room with fireplace, and a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, traditional coffee maker, Senseo, dishwasher, washing machine, raclette machine, etc.).
On the second floor are 2 bedrooms (one with a 140cm bed, the other with a 140cm bed and a crib), two shower rooms and a separate toilet.
On the second floor is a bedroom with a 140cm bed + a 90cm bed, and a dormitory with 1 90cm bed and 3 80cm beds. A games corner with a BZ, game TV and PlayStation.
The house also has a garage for storing ski, bike and motorcycle equipment, and a terrace where you can enjoy an aperitif outside.
The price includes water, electricity and a reasonable amount of firewood.
Cleaning and linen are not included.
