Three cats sleep in the house and are often outside in good weather.

Two bedrooms; a large one of 20 square meters with a double bed and a convertible armchair that can accommodate 3 people. Another bedroom with a double sofa bed. Kitchen with all the necessary for cooking and baking.
In the formula room at the inhabitant, WC and not privative bathroom.
