Semi-detached gîte for 6 people, with shared swimming SPA, in Calmont, between Toulouse and Foix (45 min by car).
Things to do and see: on site: fishing in the Hers, and restaurant, shops in the village; Thésauque swimming lake (paddle rental) 10km away; Auterive 18km away (Auterive Adventures accrobranches park, Musée de l'Outil, Tourist Office); Lac de la Ganguise 20km away (sailing, swimming, boat rental); and the Ariège department is next door: the artist village of Carla-Bayle is 32km away and the Mas d'Azil cave is 45km.
In the heart of a charming village with a river running through it, this gîte invites you to come and discover the Lauragais region. Adjoining the owners' home, in a 19th-century house with private terrace and small garden, it's 10km from the village of Les Marques de Nailloux. Covered swimming spa (accessible from May to September only - temperature 28°, size 4x2 m and 1.65 m deep, not suitable for children under 3), shared with the owners.
First floor: living room with kitchenette, opening onto a small private courtyard, as well as onto the pool at the rear of the house, WC. Second floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm + 1 single bed 80cm) (1 double bed 140cm), shower room, WC. Second floor under the eaves (very steep staircase): 2 single beds 90cm. Electric heating. Use of spa from May 7 to the end of the All Saints' vacation period (opening hours: 10:00-18:00). Pets admitted with an additional deposit of 100? and not admitted to the SPA.
