Les Ecuries de Martin is a former owner's stable converted into a large gite for 15 people! From the road, a lighted driveway leads to the parking area, which can also be used as a bowling green. The house, with its exposed stone walls, has retained all its character, but has been decorated in a modern, original style inspired by the owners' many travels. Surrounded by organically farmed fields, the property boasts a 2.5-hectare park where you can stroll, play or relax between grassy areas, a small wood and a protected pond. A reception room for 100 people has been fitted out in the old covered riding arena.

Halfway between Revel and Saint-Félix-Lauragais, the site offers numerous outdoor and cultural activities within a 10km radius: walks and hikes from the gîte, La Rigole cycle path 1km away, L'Enclas lake 4km away (fishing), Revel 5km away (city of arts and crafts, remarkable market under the covered market on Saturday mornings, museums...), Saint-Ferréol lake 7km away (swimming, water sports...).
Ground floor: living room with connected TV, table soccer, gym (bike, mats, dumbbells, skipping rope...) and massage by a beautician on request, shower room, separate WC.
On the 1st floor, accessible from inside or outside the house (small terrace in front of the door with lounge): kitchen/dining room, Saint-Félix and Edimbourg bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds (90x200cm) + private shower room, laundry room, separate toilet...
