In the center of the village, on the site of the old château (moat, part of which is still under water), this brick house will provide you with a haven of peace and quiet. Park, view of the Pyrenees. Gers 2km away. Heated swimming pool open all year.
Ideally located, 12km from the Base de Loisirs de l'Isle-Jourdain (swimming, wakeboarding, canoeing, water ski lift, fitness trail, beach volleyball, pétanque...), 17km from the Plaisance-du-Touch Zoo and the Samatan market (local produce: foie gras, duck confit...) and 40km from downtown Toulouse!
Layout on two levels:
- first floor: dining room, lounge/library area, "Toulouse-Lautrec" bedroom with private terrace (1 x 160cm double bed + 1 x 90cm single bed), "Arcachon" bedroom with disabled access (1 x 160cm double bed), "Toulouse" bedroom (1 x 160cm double bed + 1 x 90cm single bed), each with connecting shower room and separate toilet (in the shower room for "Arcachon").
- upstairs: "Venise" attic bedroom (1 canopied 140cm double bed + 1 90cm single bed + bathroom, shower and WC).
