The first floor features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, and an elegant master suite (with TV) featuring its own bathroom and private toilet. On the top level, a mezzanine bedroom offers a cozy and warm space. Outside, the shaded terrace extends the moments of togetherness, while the pool and the enclosed landscaped garden (shared with the ownersand the tenants of the other cottage) invite you to relax in a quiet and unspoiled setting.

Heating is provided by a heat pump and auxiliary convector heaters. The living room has reversible air conditioning.
