This new, fully air-conditioned house has 3 bedrooms and an insulated office. It's located in the heart of Villefranche de Lauragais, with a 30m2 terrace and a flower-filled garden featuring a semi-rigid Jacuzzi. The ideal location for discovering the Lauragais region and Toulouse!

This village house is composed of a large living room of 35m2 where you will find a connected TV with free WIFI and reversible air conditioning in every room.
A fully-equipped kitchen (filter and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer space, oven, microwave, bar, crockery) lets you cook whatever you like.
In the sleeping area, there are 3 bedrooms, including a master suite on the ground floor with private shower room and dressing room, and direct access to the terrace (160*200 bed).
The 2nd bedroom has a 140*190 bed, and the 3rd, 2 90*200 beds that can be brought together to create a king-size bed.
A large independent bathroom has a bathtub and a 2nd toilet for the first floor.
The bay window in the living room opens onto a large 30m2 terrace.
In the garden, a jacuzzi awaits you for total relaxation, with water heated to 37 degrees (except in winter)
A removable pergola provides shelter from the sun, and a weber barbecue is at your disposal.
The garden is enclosed by a rigid fence topped by a privacy screen for the spa.
Bed linen and towels are provided (1 towel per person).
1 parking space is reserved in front of the house, and a socket is provided for recharging electric vehicles at extra cost (to be requested when booking).
A cot with comforter and sheets is also available, as well as a play mat.
Some board games are also available.
Villefranche de Lauragais has a lot to offer in terms of places to visit, and thanks to its geographical position, is within easy reach of Toulouse and Carcassonne, or just a few kilometers from Lac de la Thésauque, where the aquapark will delight the whole family.
The house is very close to the A61 freeway exit.
