You'll have a wonderful vacation in the countryside in this former farmhouse in the Lauragais region, comprising the owners' home and the two Alba gîtes, which can be rented individually or grouped together on request (the dining rooms are connected from the inside). A private terrace with garden furniture is reserved for each guest. The large, unfenced 2.5-hectare garden is shared by all. Ample parking is provided at the entrance to the property.
On the first floor, this gîte has two day rooms linked by 2 steps: a large dining room and a living room with an open-plan kitchen. Under-stair laundry and WC with washbasin. Upstairs: three bedrooms (1 x 160 cm double bed) (2 x 80 cm twin single beds) (2 x 80 cm twin single beds), shower room, separate WC. Electric heating.
