Ideally located 1h30 from Toulouse, 1h from Spain, and close to Luchon and Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, it offers a peaceful, sunny setting with a breathtaking view of the mountains.
In winter, winter sports enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of Le Mourtis ski resort (approx. 30 minutes away), and Luchon Superbagnères, 28 km away. Essential shops and services are just a 10-minute drive away, allowing you to take full advantage of the peaceful surroundings without sacrificing comfort.
This fully-rented house can accommodate up to 8 people, making it the ideal place to stay with family or friends. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home, thanks to its friendly, functional spaces. The first floor opens onto a pleasant living room with a lounge area, an open kitchen and a 120 cm sofa bed. On the second floor, two comfortable bedrooms await you, one with a 160 cm Queen-size bed, the other with a bunk bed, as well as a bathroom with WC. On the top floor, under the rafters, an additional sleeping area offers a 160 cm Queen-size bed, a 90 cm single bed and a 120 cm folding bed.
A cot and high chair are available on request for families with young children. Outside, you'll find a terrace ideal for sharing convivial moments over a barbecue, overlooking the Pyrenean countryside.
