On the outskirts of Toulouse (18km to the west), this independent single-storey gîte (24m²) is set on one side of the owners' house, with its own private garden and parking space within the enclosed grounds.

Situated in a cul-de-sac, you'll appreciate the peace and quiet while benefiting from its geographical location, which will enable you to visit Toulouse (Airbus, Musée de l'aéronautique...), Montauban, Albi, Auch... La Ramée leisure park is 8km away: swimming, pétanque, fishing, golf....The Gers department is 7km away! Plaisance-du-Touch zoo 10 minutes away. Restaurant 400m away.

The layout has been designed for both business and leisure stays in the Toulouse region!

Single-storey studio: entrance into living room with sleeping area (1 140cm double bed), lounge area, dining area and kitchenette. Shower room with WC. No dishwasher or washing machine.

Underfloor heating included in rates. No smoking.

WITHOUT A CAR: you can reach the center of Toulouse in 45mn by public transport: bus n°55 to Colomiers Centre then TER train to Toulouse Matabiau.
