Tucked away in a typical village house in the Saint-Béat-Lez Valley, this beautiful home charms with its large, bright bedrooms offering mountain views, its 15 single beds that can be joined together to suit any configuration, its spacious living room designed for large, convivial meals featuring Pyrenean cuisine, and its practical basement for storing bikes, skis, or hiking gear. Located just 14 km from the year-round resort of Boutx-Le Mourtis, the cottage also offers easy accessthanks to the nearby train station, allowing you to travel directly to Toulouse or the famous spa town of Bagnères-de-Luchon without a car.
240 m² cottage on 3 levels:
- Ground floor: kitchen, dining area, and living area, toilet, and shower room
- First floor: 4 bedrooms (one with a balcony), living room, and shower room/toilet
- Second floor: 4 bedrooms, bathroom, and toilet
Each bedroom is equipped with two 80×200 cm beds that can be pushed together. Electric heating in every room. Street parking available.
From the cottage, there are plenty of options for day trips. Bagnères-de-Luchon invites you to enjoy its thermal baths, lively promenades, and cable cars to Superbagnères. History buffs will appreciate Saint-Béat-Lez, known for its history tied to Pyrenean marble and its mountain charm. The spectacular Lac d’Où is a must-see hiking destination in the Pyrenees. Those who love the great outdoors can head to the nearby Val d’Aran for a refreshing day trip on the Spanish side. Cyclists will enjoy the famous Pyrenean mountain passes featured in the Tour de France, while families will appreciate the local markets, regional producers, and gourmet specialties from the Central Pyrenees.
