First floor: entrance to 13m2 fitted kitchen with dining area (fridge-freezer, 4 induction hobs, pyrolysis oven, filter coffee maker); 18m2 living room with 2-person 140*190cm sofa bed, 120cm flat-screen TV, 2 armchairs and 2 chairs.
Second floor: children's bedroom (11m2) with 2 single beds (90*200cm), second bedroom (12m2) with 1 double bed (160*200cm), small bathroom with shower cubicle and washbasin, separate WC. Not directly adjoining.
Private garden with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Electric heating. Parking space. You can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings as you stroll among the hundred-year-old trees.
