Nestled in the heart of the unspoilt Sabonnères countryside, just 45 minutes from Toulouse and at the gateway to the Gers, this large, charming gîte, with swimming pool and 18 hectares of grounds, invites you to experience a rare interlude of nature, comfort and authenticity.
Gîte for up to 10 adults. Here, everything exudes calm: a secluded house surrounded by 18 hectares of wooded grounds, a relaxing swimming pool, several shaded areas in the garden ideal for long summer evenings, and a warm atmosphere enhanced by a unique renovation using Garonne bricks and pebbles. Nearby, the pleasures of the terroir await you, notably in Samatan, renowned for its unmissable marché au gras, just 13 km away.
Inside, the vast, light-filled ground-floor living room (with integrated kitchen, dining area and sitting area) is the heart of the house. Its warm and unique atmosphere, enriched by objects and souvenirs from travels, gives it a real soul and an immediately perceptible positive energy.
On the night side, upstairs you'll find 4 comfortable bedrooms:
- Yellow bedroom: 140*190cm bed, sitting area, private bathroom (shower and basin). This room opens onto the summer kitchen
- Red suite: 160*200cm bed, 2 90*190cm bunk beds for children only, sitting area, private bathroom (shower, bath and washbasin)
- White room with desk: 140*190cm bed and 90*190cm bed
- White bedroom: 140*190cm bed and 90*190cm bed
Additional shower room shared with white rooms. 1 WC per level. Reversible air-conditioning in each bedroom (plus electric heating) and pellet stove in the living room.
The owner's private property is adjoining this gîte.
Electricity is supplied by solar panels. Dishwasher and washing machine doses are homemade and ecological.
The gîte sleeps a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children, thanks to the bunk beds.
Outside, the 18-hectare estate is free to explore: meadows, trees and open landscapes invite you to stroll and let go. The swimming pool promises unforgettable moments of relaxation, while the summer kitchen and shaded terrace are ideal places to enjoy local produce.
The swimming pool (round, in-ground, 5m diameter, open from May to September, weather permitting) and summer kitchen are on the owner's private side, so these features, like the garden, are to be shared with them. Unenclosed pond.
