First floor: very large living area divided into several open spaces: kitchen behind the bar, dining room, living room and billiards/flipper room. Bedroom accessible to the disabled (1 x 160cm double bed + 2 x 90cm single trundle beds + shower room/WC), separate WC.
Upstairs: lounge/library/games room/elliptical bike on mezzanine, 3 bedrooms each with private bathroom and toilet (1 bed for 2 people 160cm + 2 bunk beds for 1 person 90cm in a sleeping area + shower room + separate WC) (1 bed for 2 people 160cm + 2 bunk beds and 1 bed for 1 person 90cm in an adjoining room + bathroom + shower + separate WC) (1 bed for 2 people 160cm + shower room/WC).
