Located in the heart of the spa town of Salies-du-Salat, this charming, fully-renovated detached house welcomes you to a calm, relaxing environment. Just 1 hour from Toulouse, the ski resorts of Luchon and Spain, it's an ideal base for discovering the region's wellness, nature and cultural attractions.
Just 800 m from the town center, within easy walking distance, you'll find the Salies thermal baths, casino, restaurants and local shops (bakeries, supermarket). There are also bus connections to the Boussens train station, which is served by trains from Toulouse and Tarbes.
The house is slightly elevated, offering bright, comfortable living spaces. It comprises a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto a pleasant living room, two large bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), a bedroom with bunk beds, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC.
Everything has been thought of for your comfort: linen and towels provided, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and heating by reversible heat pump, spacious storage space, as well as numerous amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, television, iron, etc.).
You can also enjoy a small terrace with garden furniture, ideal for outdoor meals or moments of relaxation. Books and games are available for young and old. A cot and high chair can be provided on request.
Access to the property is via a private entrance. Parking is easy and free on the street, in a very quiet neighborhood. The keys will be given to you personally, so that we can welcome you personally.
