You'll find peace and quiet in this farmhouse, both close to Toulouse (30km) and away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis. There's plenty to do in Muret, 10km away, including the Aqualudia water park, the ViaGarona hiking trail, the Bonnets swimming lake and the "Horizon Pyrénées" events venue. Zoo African Safari is 12km away. Fishing lakes 10 minutes away. And the Gers department with the Samatan fat market 30 minutes away.
First floor: living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) (2 single beds 90cm), shower room, WC. On the mezzanine, accessible from the living room by spiral staircase: relaxation area/attic office. Geothermal floor heating. Games room shared by the 2 gîtes (table tennis, table soccer). Outdoor area: shared grounds, private 20m2 covered terrace. Parking space.
Adjoining another gîte, not overlooked. Owners' residence and year-round accommodation in separate buildings nearby.
Long-term rates: 295€/week (from 4 consecutive weeks except mid-June to mid-September and Christmas and New Year holidays).
