Charming traditional brick and pebble house on one level, surrounded by a wooded garden just outside Toulouse!
La Maisoun d'Odette is a self-catering cottage in the heart of the small village of Lasserre-Pradère, close to the owners' house, with whom we share part of the garden. Carefully renovated by Michel and Valérie, the house has regained its brick and pebble facade, a covered terrace on the north side that keeps the house cool in summer, and a large grassy garden planted with trees. A parking area is provided in the gravelled courtyard in front of the door. Pets not allowed.
The layout has been designed for the utmost comfort of guests, with quality materials, easy maintenance, carefully-crafted furnishings and decor in keeping with the times! For more services, the owners offer to pick up their guests at the Mérenvielle train station, 1.5km away (with the possibility of renting bicycles in L'Isle-Jourdain), or to pick up groceries at the Drive in Lèguevin or L'Isle-jourdain for those who wish to do so.
The first shops and services are 3.2km away, and there are numerous leisure activities within a 30km radius of the gîte: horse-riding 1.5km away, Bouconne forest 2km (hiking), golf 6km away, L'Isle-Jourdain 7.8km away with lake (fishing, wake-boarding) and swimming pool, Blagnac airport 23km away, historic center of Toulouse 27km away...
La Maisoun d'Odette is on one level: entrance, kitchen, living room opening onto terrace, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x190cm bunk beds) (1 double bed 160x200cm) (1 double bed 140x200cm with shower room), shower room/WC, separate WC. Heat pump heating (reversible air conditioning). Wifi Internet connection. Baby equipment (cot and high chair). Non-smoking gîte.
