At the foot of the Montagne Noire, close to the Lac de Saint-Ferréol (400m) and its many activities (swimming, pedalos, canoeing, sailing, stand-up paddle, mountain bike hire and other leisure activities...), you'll be able to recharge your batteries in this very bright house and enjoy its large (10mx4.60m) private covered swimming pool (open from May to October with a water temperature of approx. 24-30°C, covered with a shelter where you can stand up all around). Large enclosed garden with trees, garage for one car, parking on the property, numerous games: table soccer, table tennis, basketball and billiards in the living room.
Privileged location between the major sites of the Occitanie region: Toulouse, Carcassonne, Castelnaudary, Albi, close to Revel, a bastide with a famous market and the Canal du Midi. Equestrian center next to Saint-Ferréol campsite.
Access to the gîte via a staircase leading to a conservatory (air-conditioned) fitted out as a dining room, large living room with sitting area and open-plan fitted kitchen, opening onto a covered terrace on garden level, separate WC, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 90*200, can be twinned into 1 double bed 180*200cm, air-conditioned) (1 double bed 140*190cm and 1 single bed 90*190cm, air-conditioned) (1 double bed 140*190cm, air-conditioned), shower room with WC. Basement: laundry room, garage, games room. Oil-fired central heating.
A year-round rental (2 people), with separate entrance, is adjoining, on the first floor of the house, but does not have access to the garden or pool.
