With a private pool, hot tub, enclosed garden, large comfortable bedrooms, and a bright living room with a fireplace and a music area equipped with a piano: everything you need to share unforgettable moments with family, friends, or during a business trip to the south of Toulouse.
Located in the town of Montaut but just 1 km from the market, restaurants, and shops in Saint-Sulpice-sur-L’Èze—all within walking distance—this large guesthouse was designedfor family gatherings and stays for several couples looking to enjoy a spacious, welcoming, and relaxing setting.
As soon as you arrive, you’ll appreciate its large, enclosed private garden, ideal for children and for relaxing in complete tranquility. On sunny days, the private pool (fenced, 8×4 m, 1.60m deep, open depending on the weather) becomes the must-visit spot, while the hot tub promises moments of relaxation after a day of exploring.
