LA GRANDE MAISON
La Grande Maison' is part of 'Maison Dufraing', in addition to 'La Petite Maison'. The two houses can be rented separately or together.
Entrances, parking spaces and terraces (open and covered) are completely separate.
The garden, swimming pool, petanque area, children's playground, sandpit and vegetable garden are shared.
Rooms, designated by tenants, will be ready with freshly made beds. Towels are also provided per person.
The Grande Maison (max 9 people) is equipped with all modern comforts and comprises :
- a spacious entrance hall
- 3 large bedrooms (1x2 beds, 2x1 bed, 2x2 bunk beds, 2 cots, 1x1 bed).
- For babies, all the necessary equipment is also provided (bed + sheets, playpen, care pillow, ...)
- 1 spacious living room with stove
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (all cooking utensils + fridge-freezer, microwave, gas hob with oven, coffee machine) Kitchen linen is also provided.
- bathroom with bath (+ washing machine)
- WC
- separate shower with WC
- large terrace with chairs and tables at the rear (sun and shade!)
- WIFI ! !!
Large garden with fruit trees (apples, pears, cherries, walnuts, figs). The garden is well maintained.
- All vegetables in the garden can be used free of charge. This is a continuation of the successful 2015 experiment: potatoes, onions, carrots, beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchinis, chard, zucchini, lettuces, leeks, parsley, all kinds of herbs, .... Availability naturally depends on the season.
- Semi-buried swimming pool with filtration system (5m diameter, 120 cm deep). The tenant is responsible for its upkeep.
- extra for children: a play area with swings and slide. And a sandpit.
