LA CLOSERIE DE L'AUTAN
La Closerie de l'Autan offers a warm welcome for families, couples, friends and business travelers alike. It offers 2 types of accommodation: on the first floor, the double room "Côté Jardin", and on the first floor, the "Suite Familiale", which can accommodate up to 8 guests. CLOSED DURING WINTER SEASON
Corinne and Jean are delighted to welcome you to La Closerie de l?Autan - a family home for 4 generations - for a relaxing stay, with family, friends or as a couple, to discover the surrounding area and the Occitanie region, or for a business trip.
With its structure of red brick and Garonne pebbles, and its wooden shutters, the building is well protected from the local wind: the Autan! It is set in a vast, welcoming and peaceful garden (3500 m2), planted with trees and abundantly flowered in season. A few hens and roosters, as well as a cat, all docile, are the other residents of this privileged place.
Enjoy a hearty and varied breakfast. Depending on the weather and/or your preference, they can be served outside (in the shade of the large lime tree), or inside (in the dining area adjoining the kitchen, or in the kitchen).
La Closerie de l?Autan offers guests two accommodation options for a simple, warm welcome, with the ambition of cultivating the authenticity of a family home combining the charms of yesterday with the comforts of today: La Closerie is connected to the fiber, and Internet is available in all rooms via WIFI.
On the first floor
The "Côté Jardin" bedroom has an en suite bathroom (with large washbasin, shower and bathtub) and dressing room; the private toilet is next door. The 12 m2 bedroom has a 140 cm bed, an imposing antique wardrobe and a walk-in closet.
A courtesy tray and kettle are at your disposal in the dressing room, which also offers useful storage space for suitcases and travel bags. A French window, fitted with a mosquito net, opens directly onto the garden and provides access to a private outdoor lounge.
Upstairs
The "Family Suite" comprises three bedrooms and a small lounge. The bedrooms have exclusive access to a bathroom, equipped with a large washbasin, a shower and a bathtub, and to a toilet.
The windows of the various rooms offer a beautiful view over the entire property and are fitted with mosquito nets. The suite can accommodate up to 8 people (typically 4 adults and 4 children or teenagers), making it ideal for families or friends.
The "Côté Levant" room (14 m2) is equipped with a double bed (140 cm), an antique wardrobe and a small work table.
The "Côté Couchant" room (10 m2) has a double reclining bed (2 x 80 x 200) and can be used as an alternative to the "Côté Levant" room, or as a complement to accommodate two additional adults.
The "Côté Pitchouns" room (12 m2) has four single beds (90 x 190) arranged as bunk beds (2 x 2). It also features a large antique wardrobe. It complements the occupancy of at least one of the two double bedrooms, and is primarily intended for children and teenagers.
Guests staying in the Suite will find a courtesy tray and kettle in the corridor between the rooms.
Sleeping arrangements for young children (on request)
The "Côté Jardin" and "Côté Levant" rooms can accommodate a cot for a child up to the age of 3, free of charge.
A small bed (70 x 170) suitable for a child aged between 4 and 10 can be installed in the "Côté Levant" room for an additional charge of ? 12.
