The remarkable market of Grenade is 5km away, the swimming beach of Villemur-sur-Tarn is 17km away, and Montauban, in the neighbouring department of Tarn-et-Garonne, is 28km away. Studio of 23m2, on the first floor and adjoining the owners' house (who also offer 3 additional rooms): a sleeping area with a large double bed (160*200cm) (desk and large flat screen smart TV with Netflix); a built-in kitchen with 2 induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a Krups coffee machine (pods available) and a fridge-freezer; a dining area with table and chair; and a shower room with Italian shower, basin and WC Balcony-terrace with jacuzzi and garden furniture. Access to the swimming pool in the garden to the rear of the owners' house, as well as a barbecue and sunbeds. Parking space at the bottom of the apartment. Electric heating. Internet via Wifi.
