On the first floor, you'll find a kitchen and a through living room with counter and fireplace opening onto a terrace and the garden.
On the second floor are a bright living room, two shower rooms, two WCs, two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bedroom with two double beds and two single beds.
The second floor features an attic bedroom with a double bed.
Outside, a wooden terrace, garden, swimming pool, sheltered dining area, barbecue, plancha and brazier await you.
The rental is located at the foot of the Pic de Cagire (1912m), 15 minutes from Aspet (summer swimming pool, weekly markets, tourist office, hiking, mountain biking, bike rental, orienteering, shops), 30 minutes from the Mourtis resort and 45 minutes from Luchon.
Cycling enthusiasts will be well catered for, with a secure storage area, a washing point and repair tools at their disposal.
