The accommodation
My home is welcoming and I'm on hand to cater to your every need,
with a few delicacies and homemade products that I'm happy to offer you! Bed linen and towels are included in the price. In winter you'll find a heated, well-insulated house, and in summer you'll have air-conditioning! When you arrive, you'll find everything you need to start your stay (cleaning products, breakfast).
Traveler access
Outside with independent garden in the shade of trees, with barbecue for grilling, table, chairs, relax, hammock... Children can play, ride bikes or play soccer on the spacious, fenced-in grounds.
Other comments
On your arrival, I will ask you to pay a cleaning deposit of between 30 and 70 euros, depending on the number of people staying in the gîte. This will be returned on the day of departure, after an inventory of fixtures and fittings has been made and agreed by both parties.
The deposit paid at Airbnb is independent, and is used to settle any disputes.
An EDF meter reading is taken on arrival and departure. Beyond 8kw/ i.e. 56 KW/week (fixed rate included in the price), a supplement will be due based on actual HC and HP consumption.
