Gîte in a rural setting 42km south-west of Toulouse
On the road to the Pyrenees, you can relax, and are 2km from the village of Bérat (shops, restaurants and La Bérataise beer brewery), 6km from the Savères fishing lake, 10km from the ViaGarona hiking trail (route de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle), the WakePark de Carbone spring (aquatic activities), Lac de la Bure, Lac de Sabatouse and the Tépacap adventure park, 17km from one of France's most beautiful villages, Rieux-Volvestre, and 20km from Muret (train station, Aqualudia, Horizon Pyrénées cinema and seminar center).
Enjoy the shared swimming pool, located in the heart of the property, and outdoor games (ping-pong, boulodrome, badminton). Half-enclosed lawned grounds, private parking area. On-site mini-farm with small animals and the donkeys Anémone and Peluche. This gîte is adjoining the owners' house, but has independent access. A second gîte is on the same property.
First floor: living room with fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm double bed) with bathroom (basin). Upstairs: 1 bedroom (3 single beds 90cm), shower room, WC. Central heating included. Wifi Internet access.
