You'll be close to all the amenities and activities you need for your family or business stay: the Sunday market is at the end of the street, the Calicéo center (swimming pool, spa, massages...) is 2.7km away, the Saint-Caprais lake (hiking, fishing) is 2km away, and the Montrabe equestrian center and golf course are 5km away. You're also on the road to the Tarn department (Gaillac 54km and Albi 74km).
Gîte approx. 90 m2 on one level, accessible after a step: entrance hall, kitchen (4 induction hobs), living room with dining table and lounge with 3-seater sofa and TV opening onto terrace, 3 bedrooms (1 single bed 90*190cm)(2 twin single beds 80*200cm)(1 double bed 140*190cm), shower room with separate WC.
Air conditioning in living room. Heated floor. Double bedroom overlooks neighboring gîte.
Enclosed grounds with parking for one car to be shared with the other gîte (parking spaces also available in the street) and a garden with terrace.
The busy Albi road is nearby. Cot available on request.
WITHOUT A CAR: 200m walk from the L9 bus stop at the Union shopping center (restaurants, supermarkets, etc.), which takes you to the Borderouge metro station in 10 minutes, putting you 15 minutes from Toulouse's historic center.
