Private enclosed garden of 700m² with unoverlooked terrace and private fenced swimming pool (8x5m) open from mid-May to the end of September, from 10am to 8pm. In fine weather, you'll be enchanted by views of the Pyrenees and its famous Pic du Midi.
Various activities and tourist sites: Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, Montmaurin Gallo-Roman villa, GR86..., Montréjeau lake 9km away.
First floor: entrance hall, separate toilet, living room with open kitchen (pantry), 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm double bed) with private shower room and separate toilet. First floor: hallway with reading area, 2 bedrooms (1 x 140cm double bed and 1 x 90cm single bed), bathroom, separate WC.
