The Domaine d'Ostau Montplaisant, set in the heart of nature and facing the Pyrenees, is the perfect place to welcome workers or vacationers looking for relaxation and calm. Adjoining the owner's home, it benefits from a completely independent entrance. A private terrace equipped with garden furniture and a gas plancha lets you enjoy the outdoor space in fine weather. The garden and swimming pool with shelter (8x4m) are shared, but guests can enjoy swimming on their own every afternoon until 6pm.
Many activities are possible in the surrounding area: hiking (the GR86 passes 200m away and the Via Garona 3km), cycling (the Garonne cycle path is 3km away), golf and the Montréjeau lake 6km away (Blue Flag swimming), canoeing and kayaking 11km away, the historic site of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges 14km away... The nearest ski resorts are 40km away (Le Mourtis and Luchon-Superbagnères). All shops and services are in Montréjeau, and the nearest train station is in Gourdan-Polignan (also 6km away).
From the front door, a few steps lead down to the living room. Open-plan kitchen with dining area (table and high chairs), wood-burning stove, living room with 120x190cm sofa bed. A corridor leads to a bedroom (double bed 160x200cm), a bathroom (shower with jets, double washbasin) and a dry toilet. A staircase leads from the entrance to a small mezzanine (1 double bed 140x190cm), not included in the living area because of its low ceiling. Heating is provided by a programmable pellet stove. Wifi or wired Internet connection.
