This studio benefits from an unenclosed exterior with barbecue and picnic tables in the shade of the trees, shared with the other gîtes. Just a stone's throw from the Toulouse metropolis, and close to many points of tourist interest: 3km from shops and restaurants in Aussonne; 6km from Château & Labyrinthe de Merville; 8km from MEET (Toulouse Exhibition Center); 8km from the Forêt de Bouconne, for hiking and biking, and from the Seilh golf course; 11km from Grenade, and its medieval market hall, classified as a historic monument and home to one of France's most beautiful markets; 12km from Toulouse/Blagnac airport and Aéroscopia museum; 21km from AnimaParc leisure park; 23km from Base de Loisirs de l'Isle-Jourdain, for water-skiing and wake-boarding; 25km from Château de Laréole; 1h drive from Auch and MontaubanAuch and Montauban. A mezzanine games/relaxation room with a small pool table is also accessible above the main room. The common room can be used for small seminars or family gatherings, for around 50 people. Parking is available at the entrance to the property.
