Just 30 kilometers from Toulouse, this elegant 16th-century château is nearing completion of its refurbishment to become a tourist and event venue!
The main building offers 5 beautiful guest rooms on the second floor, while part of the outbuildings has been transformed into a reception room for weddings or seminars. At the rear of the building, the park offers guests calm and relaxation around the swimming pool shared with the owners (3x6m - secure barrier - unheated). Bicycles are available for guests wishing to explore the surrounding countryside.
Auterive 4km (SNCF train station, all shops and services), Nailloux 17km (Lac de la Thésauque, swimming, Village de Marques). A boulodrome (with lighting) is located in the Place du Château.
The gate opens onto the château's courtyard, in the center of the U formed by the buildings. Parking areas are located at the entrance.
- on the first floor of the château: large hall, shared kitchen with the owners (possibility of using the fridge and reheating meals), breakfast room, small lounge, large lounge, TV lounge/library. Communal sanitary facilities (3 WCs, including 1 accessible to people with reduced mobility).
- upstairs, via the monumental staircase, a games room leads to the 5 guest rooms: Chambre Bleue (1 bed for 2 people 160cm, dressing room, shower room, separate WC), Chambre Verte and Chambre Orange classified 3 épis for their capacity of 3 people (1 bed for 2 people 160cm + 1 bed for 1 person 90cm, bathroom/WC for the Verte and shower room/WC for the Orange), Chambre Rose (1 bed for 2 people 160cm, dressing room, shower room/WC), Chambre familiale Noire (1 bed for 2 people 160cm) (2 beds for 1 person 90cm in small communicating room), shower room with separate WC.
