one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room, and one bedroom with a single bed.

The shower room is shared by the 2 bedrooms.

These rooms are on the first floor and are air-conditioned.

Guests can use my kitchen if they wish, but I don't cook meals.

I do, however, provide breakfast.
