Small Garonne pebble cottage with shared pool and enclosed garden 18km southwest of Toulouse's historic center. Air-conditioning for summer comfort!
Lodging located close to the owner with shared pool (pool accessible from the terrace, children must be supervised, pool is not fenced). Toulouse is 18km away. Roques shopping center (Leclerc, Ikea...) is a 10-minute bike ride away. Muret is 6km away: Aqualudia aquatic center. The Garonne river is 2km away: ViaGarona hiking trail, route de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle.
Small air-conditioned gîte, all in Garonne pebbles, enclosed garden, parking in courtyard (with closed gate). First floor: entrance into living room (convertible for 2), fireplace (insert), kitchenette, shower room with WC, terrace overlooking swimming pool. Upstairs: 1 mezzanine bedroom accessible via a narrow staircase (1 x 160cm double bed) with balcony/terrace. Height of 1m just at the top of the staircase, then possibility of standing at over 1m80 in the bedroom. Electric heating/air conditioning included. Large dogs not allowed.
WITHOUT A CAR: from Toulouse train station: take the train towards Boussens - get off at Portet-Saint-Simon - then take bus n°85 towards "Basso Cambo" and get off at "Las Fonsés" - 9 min walk to the gîte (total journey time: 40mn).
