Come and enjoy your vacations in this charming character house, located in a pretty and peaceful village near the small Pyrenees!
Ideal for 6 people (up to 8 possible, please contact us), you can relax by taking a leisurely stroll around the ruins of the castle, or enjoy a spa treatment nearby. Sports enthusiasts (hiking, mountain biking, fishing, paragliding, golf...) and nature lovers will also find plenty to do here.
Just 15 minutes away, you'll find all the shops and a market selling local produce (Wednesday and Saturday mornings) in the village of Aspet, the starting point for many hiking and mountain biking trails.
The 145m2 house comprises a kitchen, a dining room with fireplace and a living room with TV and a laundry room with washing machine. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms with 160x200 beds, one of which is a family room with a nook where you'll also find two 90x190 beds (trundle beds). (bed linen and towels can be provided for an extra 30?, payable on site). This means that, exceptionally, we can sleep 8 people. There's also a separate bathroom and toilet upstairs. Outside, there's a sheltered sitting area and a sheltered barbecue area. There's a small garden in front of the house and a very large garden to the side, but the two are adjoining. cars can park in the courtyard.
Montespan is located 1h from Toulouse, 1h from Spain, 55min from Luchon, 30min from St Girons, 40min from St Bertrand de Comminges and 45min from the nearest ski resort, le Mourtis: an ideal place to enjoy all kinds of activities without spending hours in the car!
