Located on the 6th floor of a residence with elevator in the heart of the resort of Peyragudes, on the Les Agudes slope, 12km from Bagnères de Luchon and just 10km from Loudenvielle, famous for its lake and Balnéa center, the first thermal water relaxation complex in the French Pyrenees.
Practical, functional and very recently renovated, this apartment (non-smoking and no pets allowed) has all the equipment you need to make your stay pleasant and welcoming.
An entrance hallway with wall cupboard leads to a bright living room with modern furniture, a very functional open-plan fitted kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Tassimo coffee machine. Raclette machine, toaster, kitchen utensils, plenty of storage space, etc.).
A bathroom, totally renovated this year, with shower, washbasin, washing machine and separate WC.
A lounge area comprising a BZ-type sofa that converts into a real bed with a quality Simmons mattress (140x190) for two people, a bunk bed with 2 new mattresses, a 1-seater convertible armchair (70x190) as well as a high chair and a baby cot equipped with a booster seat for newborns and a changing table.
Cushions and comforters supplied with undersheets for all our beddings, sheets and towels not supplied.
There is also a private ski locker at the entrance to the residence. Ample free public parking on site.
A flat-screen TV, TNT, Hifi system and Playstation 3 console complete the relaxation area, making your stay a warm and pleasant one.
Minimum 2-night stay, weekly rental available (rates and additional photos on request).
Rental contract drawn up - 50% deposit on reservation.
Deposit required (cheque not cashed) in case of damage or cleaning not carried out.
