ECLUSE D'AYGUESVIVES

Simple lock located on the Canal du Midi. Among the constructions forming the hamlet of Ticaille, around the lock, are a brickworks which contributed to many of the canal's engineering structures as well as a mill, built in 1831 by one of Riquet's successors. The 150 m aqueduct has remained virtually intact since its construction in 1687.
