LA FERME D'OULAN BAT - CAMP DE YOURTES
Spend a superb stay in a yurt! It is along the Planque stream in Arbas, at the bottom of a small protected valley, that Nicolas and Céline have chosen to set up their Pyrenean donkey farm, in a preserved nature, they have set up 3 yurts with all comfort! On the farm, many animals: sheep, pigs, donkeys and possibilities of hikes with the donkeys from the campsite. In short, a beautiful moment of disconnection and conviviality at the farm!
Situated in the foothills of the Pyrenees opposite the Paloumère mountain range, the Oulan Bât farm enjoys a quiet, unspoilt location.
The camp comprises two 30m² "family" yurts for 4/6 people and a small 18m² yurt for 2/3 people, more suitable for a couple. Like traditional Mongolian yurts, this is a single-room family dwelling. The only openings are the front door and the toono (skylight at the top). A great opportunity to sleep with your head in the stars!
Overnight stay includes :

In each yurt, you'll find :
- Bedding with blankets and pillows (2 sofa beds for 2 people and 1 bunk bed (2 single beds) in the two larger tents and a double bed (with possibility of an extra bed) for the smaller yurt),
- Table and chairs,
- A "cooking corner" with a small fridge and a buffet including crockery,
The 4/6-person yurt, closest to the sanitary facilities, is specially equipped for families with a cot and high chair, and for people with reduced mobility.
Outside each yurt is a terrace:
- A wooden picnic table with a large parasol,
- A sink,
- A gas hob,
- Two deckchairs.
A few steps away from the yurts, a sanitary room equipped with :
- a sink and two washbasins,
- A private shower and dry toilet in each yurt,
- Among the 3 spaces, a "family room" meets "handicap" standards and includes a shower, a dry toilet, a washbasin and a changing table.
Céline and Nicolas, donkey breeders from the Pyrenees, have reserved a warm and comfortable space for you on their farm, which has been awarded the "Bienvenue à la ferme" label and is listed in the Guide du Routard.
Staying with Céline and Nicolas is also an opportunity to discover the farm's delicious produce! Their table d'hôtes, like their other activities, is representative of their values, respect for their guests and the pleasure of entertaining. Meals are entirely home-cooked, using fresh, seasonal, organic produce, much of it grown on the farm or nearby. Céline, in charge of the stoves, invites you to discover the taste of a simple but generous cuisine!
How about a donkey trek to discover the Pyrenees? With their Pyrenean donkey farm, Nicolas and Céline can offer you day hikes with a donkey, itinerant tours of the surrounding massifs, and wilderness stays in the Arbas valley!
