LAC DE BADECH
Don't hesitate to come and relax with your family around this pretty little lake, located near Luchon's small airfield, on the banks of the Pique river.
Lac de Badech is a popular spot for Luchonnais, tourists and fishermen. There are plenty of shady spots for picnics.
If you look up to the sky, you'll be amazed to see paragliders of all colors, just before they land on the nearby Aérodrome field.
You can also go cycling on the designated circuits, mountain biking on the Pumptrack, or take a tour of the lake.
There are plenty of fishermen on the lake, catching trout, pike, roach and gudgeon.
Classed as a 1st category lake, Lac de Badech is particularly popular with novice anglers and families. It is regularly stocked with fario trout from March to September, making it an easy and accessible fishing spot.
